My favourite SPG hotel in Singapore. It's right on Newton MTR station, is very comfortable, large pool for workout and good executive lounge for SPG members.
Good hotel. Property aged but well maintained, good food and service. Nice waterfalls outside breakfast room + comfyclub lounge. My room had extremely thin walls, heard every word from my neighbors.
Very nice concierge guy. Very helpful. Not so nice front office lady. Smile less and not so comprehensive. Room is ok. Very clean. Bathroom is considered spacey. Amenities are very good.
Check out the beautiful fitness centre on level 5 by the poolside. LifeStyle Fitness is the only hotelgym in Singapore which houses two units of vibrogym.
Not the best place to stay in Singapore for more than a few days. I'm staying for a week yet wasn't offered breakfast or lounge access. No wonder the hotel only has 61% satisfaction on Trip Advisor.
Not the best Starwood hotel in Singapore (still great) and too expensive for what it offers. Maybe I was just not used to it, but the rooms felt extremely humid.
Paid wired and wireless Internet connection - up to two devices connected at the same time with one account. Paid wireless accessible across the hotel but signal drops frequently
Lunch buffet: food selection is small and quality lacking, e.g. dimsum is dry and little filling. Dessert is reasonable. Service disappointing - we had to get the teapot ourselves to refill our tea.
Located in downtown Singapore, Sheraton Towers Singapore is just a 10-minute walk from the famous Orchard Road. The Newton Interchange train station is steps away, making the Central Business District and other points of interest easily accessible.
