I like this gym, generally, but the towels are FILTHY, and a no replacement policy has been instituted (i.e. "You can talk to a manager, but it won't matter..."). Just join the classes we have here!- Has a lot of idle personal trainers here. Instead of standing there, why not give out free advice on proper techniques on using the equipment or exercise properly?
Massive gym, no matter what you come, you don't have to wait for the machines that long.
Since the last (so called renovation, which actually was a decrease of the training area of 40%) it’s a cramped place and always packed 👎🏻
Ask for a discount for a non-aircon gym experience: some fucktard members insist on switching off all fans because they are too cold????!!!!!
Experience True Fitness' (Great World) smelly & dirty towels...complaining is also no use:-(

The complimentary towels they give you are so filthy. Am sure they are the same towels used to clean the hawker centre toilet floors- Best to work out in the afternoon between 1-3pm, not so crowded.

Music being played way too loud, which disturbs serious training. Management's response absolute bullshit. Never seen anywhere such arrogance. Stay away! This place is a joke.
Members should learn to smile a little especially in the morning
Hopeless place - old equipment, scuzzy showers, all anyone wants to do is up sell you. Try elsewhere.- So, they decided to turn this otherwise ok gym into disco. Music's way too loud. Management does NOT get it sorted. Utterly disappointed.

Bit small but not very crowded so it's good to work out freely...not many muscleheads
There seems to be quite a number of negative tips n i know exactly what most of u guys r saying. The machines r crapping out pretty bad :(- no more complimentary coffee end of this month. how true is that?
