It's probably one of the most upscale hotels in Sao Paulo, and if you are in business around Berrini or Morumbi, then this is the best hotel in the area.

The service of the bar and the main restaurant is too slow, and even they have a small menu not all the dishes are available (and the specialities restaurants are always full)

Excelente opção para spa, piscina e hospedagem com pacotes de final de semana. O atendimento é excelente mas existem pequenas falhas como na fila na recepção em alguns momentos com poucos atendentes

Não tem 5 estrelas a toa. O atendimento é extraordinário, mas também beeeem formal. Tem 3 restaurantes, incluindo um japonês e um francês. A academia é ótima e tem piscina aquecida.
