This is probably the best Starbucks. Very quick and polite staff and if you are lucky enough you may find a window seat and enjoy your coffee with a view of opera.

Shhh, ladies: Xavi the new barista is HAWT!!!!! Definitely worth going there when you're in need of some eye candy (when they don't offer the pastries you like ;) ) he also looks like Liam Hemsworth!!

Ask for a Mango Yoghurt Frappuccino Blended Beverage. It's not as thick as Red Berry or Banana, but tastes awesome (if you like Mango, that is).

Try the Caramel Macchiato! Very good! In summer I totally prefer the Iced version. Now, they have Christmas specials: Toffeenut Latte, Gingerbread Latte n' Eggnog Latte! Toffenut is awesome! Enjoy!

Very good coffee shop! (Also a little bit too expensive). But of you are a tourist the free wifi zone cam be useful!

All tables are occupied by noisy tourist groups. Not a peaceful place to read or study.

The wifi cuts your bandwidth after one hour. Also, it's much more expensive than many other cafes in Vienna.

don't expect fast or friendly service! Orders were forgotten, customers got attitude and worst of all, nobody from Starbucks seems to care. For overpriced self service coffee, this is uncool!
