Great staff, great location and love the covered parking! Beware of units on back of property though, the train & Mara are loud!
The fire alarm malfunctions during the winter on nights when it's too cold. It will go off for at least an hour and is so loud that you can't stay inside your own apartment.
This place is way over priced and expect to get a steep increase when you renew. Also don't expect management to care, they want there bonus.
don't bring a keg to the pool...you'll get kicked out. lol I didn't do it but there are people who do.
