- The Rising Sun is really good and the peppercorn tuna on top is really fresh. The Texas hamachi is also good but the jalapeños on top can be really spicy or not at all.
- All nigiri and sashimi are excellent. Kobe beef skewers are a must. Sit near front during busy times as wait staff can be amiss for long periods. For special cold and hot plates be prepared to wait
- Feeling adventurous? Tora-fugu, poisonous puffer fish flown in from Japan, meticulously prepared by Hori-san to remove all the poisonous parts. Served sashimi-style with mullet roe & crisp fugu skin.
