Whenever I walk in no one is at the counter but always in the back. Have to awkwardly wait for someone to come to the front. Have waited for 5 mins at register before being acknowledged.

This location never makes my sandwich correctly. They either leave out something or don't have enough of something in my sandwich.

Which Wich has no similarties to Potbelly except for the fact that they both sell sandwiches. Try a turkey with pepperjack here.

Don't get the gyro sandwich - not enough meat on it to feed a 6 year old annorexic, let alone a grown adult.
