Derek DukesOctober 6, 2014Depending on which clinic you are going to they can email the questionnaire ahead of time. Also, ask if you are@going to be in a scent free lab, if so be scent free!
Leanne VanderbylOctober 7, 2011Efficient urgent care clinic. Also the best view of SF, the Golden Gate and the Pacific Ocean in the city.
- They moved blood draw so you have to register first, get stickers printed and then pick up a number across the way. Totally stupid system.
Lisa was a wonderful ultrasound tech. Request her if possible!
