Never had any problems. My favorite groomers are Nicole, Nancy, & Erika!
Do NOT board your pets at the #1658 petshotel! My Shih Tzu was infected with dog flu. There was news coverage about the outbreak + petshotel closure. No one from the store informed me or warned me.

Dr. Robinette at Bansfield is GREAT! She loves my pup like he's hers. Always calls to check up on him post visits.
Love the store but certain sections are disorganized in terms of staff and I often wait for crickets...

You will wait,even if there is no one else to see the 4 vets they have on staff here. They charge too much for nothing. Their advice is common sense, not the type I expect from a Vet or MD. Grade F---
