Have a generous heap of fried shrimp with five-spice salt at Evergreen. Also known as salt-and-pepper shrimp ($12.50), these beauties are served with the head, shell and veins. Read more

Get the 'salt & pepper' shrimp, it's not on the English menu. They come with heads on. Tear off the heads and eat the bodies including the (somewhat soft) shells. Delicious! Wife loved the beancurd

The satay beef chow mein is delicious every time! Very consistent! My favorite. Also, try the fried pumpkin w salty egg yolk and XO sauce. Savory but not too salty and crispy.
