Otel.comMarch 28, 2012This hotel is known for its excellent location and spacious contemporary rooms. This is just right across the Opera House and Karntner Strasse, and is just a few minutes way from the shopping street.
Very good location for sightseeing purposes as everything is in walking or short ride distance. Quiet neighborhood. Nice champagne bar on ground level - Moet. Rooms are stylish and clean.Upvoted Feb 19

Julia S.January 18, 2016The location is REALLY great, everything is in walking distance. Room felt a bit cramped for a double (small bed aswell) even though we got upgraded. Shower was weird, it floods the whole bathroom.
Michael KhotoveliOctober 8, 2016The lobby and the Moët bar are great but once you go up to your floor the greatness disappears. Rooms are ok. Internet is not mobile friendly. TV didn't work.
Don't forget to pay a visit to the Wiener building. Very close by and free entry with the ticket you can find in your room

If you want to stay more than 4 dys you will get the big room upgraded in the corner...it's worth after they kept us waiting until 1 hour from the check in time, since the room is not ready yet

One of the worst stays ever .. Very slow service .. Old, noisy and dirty rooms .. Outdated big time .. Expensive .. It doesn’t deserve 5 stars at all !!

Excellent location and very nice hotel. Try the sauna and steam bath at the fitness center.
