The couscous royale was fantastic. A fluffy bed of couscous topped by merguez sausage and beef and chicken kebabs and accompanied by a vegetable soup. Simon the place's name sake was so friendly.

best lamb tagine...was craving for lamb mansaf...yummy mediterranean dish and couldn't find it anywhere in L.A. but the lamb tagine here came close to the texture. Simon serves you the plates himself!

Food was good but you're NOT allowed to order only an appetizer during dinner. I saw someone get scolded by the owner for this & he was forced to order either another small dish or a full entree.
