Good place to seriously work out! I go around noon and the place is quite empty, at later hours it might get packed but still pretty acceptable
This gym is low level basic. It doesn’t have every weight. Many things are missing but it works for me as I’m not super picky and I come during off hours early in the morning.
if you need to use the 25 pound dumbbells, get ready for a scavenger hunt. there are only two of them in the whole gym, and no one ever puts them back!
Juston PayneAugust 27, 2018This place is a dump. The equipment is beaten up, workout space is cramped, and facility is dilapidated. Open 24/7 is nice, but I'm not sure it's worth it.
- Great place to workout, weather it’s weights, cardio, or even swimming. Carpool if you’re coming with someone else.
Skip the leg press machine, do some squats , helps improve core strength as well as lower body strength, and for the guys, releases more testosterone to increase size for entire body
Parking and front door in the rear. They validate parking for 2 hours.
Very nice and clean facility unlike the ones in the eastbay and sf.
The 24 Lift class is awesome. It'll kick your butt, but you'll feel great!
Jacqueline CarambatApril 23, 2014The spin equipment is totally outdated. Had to go through 3 bikes until I found one that was fully functioning. Not impressed.- Best of the 24 super sports, but still no equinox. Come in the early am to get on the machines, but 6-8 m-w are brutal!
- This is a gym, not a fitness spa... Like equinox, u come to 24 to workout hard and achieve goals, not spend thousands of dollars to socialize with each other
It’s so crowded here... best time to come is after 10/11pm
