great store, avoid customer service during the middle of the week. they have better people working there on the weekends

Returning 2nd defective product because no one bothers to ask why you're returning an item so it probably just ends up back on the sales floor! Customer service lines always long with only 1 or 2 ppl
Customer service was horrible. Went to PC Richards and purchased a 75” Samsung TV
