One of my favorite Starbucks locations. Despite the heavy volume during rush periods, the staff still make a personal connection with the customers.

I love you Starbucks. However, this has got to be the slowest store I've ever been in. There is no sense of urgency. They hardly ever even know my drink. Too bad it's the only one on my walk to work.

This is the most efficient Starbucks for the amount of traffic. They are always on top of it.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in Chicago. Slow and inefficient. It took two register staff to take my order with 3 people in front of me - 15 minutes! Avoid this one!
Super slow service. If I didn't live across the street I wouldn't come here. Staff is slow. No urgency
This is the slowest Starbucks ever... And they seem to never get your order right.
