- Pasta. Regulars to Grill & Pasta #01-34 know they can get extra cheese topping, cream or even upsize their pasta serving. Pasta noodle is on the thicker side, & sauce serving is generous!
- Popiah. Ping Kee #01-32 sees a regular stream of customers during peak hour mealtimes. Fresh ingredients & friendly, ever-smiling service are the main draw
- Sliced fish soup. Many fans of Fresh Fish Seafood soup #01-36 order their bowls w Maggi noodles. I prefer mine with bee hoon or mee sua, so that amidst the blandness, taste of fish meat stands out
- Soon kueh & koo chai kueh ($1.20 each). Find these at House of Wufu #01-22, next to fishball noodles at the back row. Decent. Chilli sauce is the thick fried style
- Char kway teow. Lai Heng #01-15 prepares a rather dry plate, while I enjoy the wet style. Fried eggs were distinctly yellow and in clumps
- Kopi & kaya toast 2. At the opposite end of the food centre is 39 Coffee Stall #01-35. Kaya spread was thicker. Kopi not as aromatic. The service not necessarily faster. This set $3.30
- Prata. Soft but chewy ones from Al-Ajmir #01-36. Slow but meticulous flipping & folding of dough. Standard mutton curry. Walk up to stall & order; there doesn't appear to be a queuing system😬
- The old changi hokkien mee was deliciously wet with umami. Order $5 for best satisfaction.
- Kway Chap. Nothing memorable about the serving from San Ba Wang Guo Zhi Shu Shi #01-06. We paid $8.80 for a combo to feed 2 adults
- pin leeDecember 23, 2015Fish mee sua at corner stall is delish. Clear taste, not too salty. Generous portions of fish for $4. Nice friendly stall owner . Recommend .

- Try: fish soup, pasta & grill, fruit stall at the corner and coffee from sin ho huat. Dun touch the carrot cake here. Soggy and yucky. Real carrot cake lovers better give this a miss!!
- Damien LYSSeptember 29, 2010Char kway teow is now 2nd generation. I ate it from his old man's time. Super! The sugar cane juice at the center and fruit juice at corner and poh piah are Originals since 1980s
- Love this food centre! Clean, windy and friendly hawkers. Delicious duck rice, carrot cake, puff, kuey tiao...
- Fishball noodles. Jing Ji #01-23 sees slow & long queues. Noodle bowl was average; did not leave an impression
- Chong BenedictJune 29, 2013The fish soup at the corner not so awesome, soup has a lot of MSG and the thick bee hoon not properly cooked resulting very hard.
- The fish soup at the corner is awesome! Though the stall closes early all the time due to exceeding demands for their generous portion of fish ^^
- Salt water duck rice in sgp since I last tasted it in Taipei. Must try. They only open till 1-2pm and not open on Sundays.
- Shaik SyahirahMay 2, 2014Sliced Fish Soup at far right corner is best. Only one halal food stall though, food not bad. 🍛
- Justin ChanFebruary 21, 2011The breakfast set (the stall near the pasta place) has good bread and comes with generous helpings of kaya and butter!
- Pig organ soup, trotters (braised or black vinegar version), braised pork ribs and yam rice at 01-10. Super duper yummy!
- Jean LeongNovember 6, 2011Popiah & sliced fish with Maggie noodles are my faves..... Good for lunch only. Avoid mondays it is restdays for the stalls.
