- I love the classes( total body conditioning, cardio sports and yoga), the place is clean and is never too crowded. I really like it!

- This is one of the best TSI clubs I've been to, but I've also witnessed too many people here who don't clean their machine off after use.

- I highly recommend the Spinning classes, but if it's it 1st time, arrive a little early to ask about how to use the 'gears'
- Try the UXF Intro class if you're curious about Cross Fit. Vicente was a great demo teacher.
- Try the spinning classes, they're a great way to step up your workout!
- Spinning on Saturday is a terrific workout with Lorenita!
