Great gym in the heart of Paris. Friendly staff, cosy decoration and atmosphere. Get a drink (alcohol-free!!) after your work out session in the indoor patio.
If u love suffer in an idyllic place, Klay will be ur spot! Btw my fav gym in Paris, mainly for the boxing room & the (super clean) sauna. Stay away from the peak hours especially if you want to use free weights as it is utter hell.Appart from that, it's a great place
Avoid 7pm - 8h30pm on week days unless you prefer socializing rather than working out.
Too many people, too few cardio machines, too often out of service. They could do a lot better...

Joffrey LacourMarch 29, 2015Club de sport très bien équipé, dans un environnement plutôt agréable bien qu'assez restreint. La piscine est très jolie mais plutôt petite.
Le tartare Thaï est totalement raté (petit tip pour le chef: la citronnelle, même hachée en gros morceaux, c'est pour infuser, ça se mange pas, surtout cru)
Fabuleux club de sport, jamais trop de monde, agréable. S'ils n'avaient pas de pb de clim, ce serait parfait !

Si vous passez par le Klay, ne ratez pas son resto, le Depur, cadre parfait, carte au diapason, lovely place !
Commandez un " Lance Armstrong " au bar, vous serez rafraichi et revigoré ;)- Le Klay est plus qu'un club de sport, c'est un oasis de détente au coeur de Paris.
Commander le wok au boeuf au resto du Klay: le Depur, il est exceptionnel..tel à140260000
