While the service could be improved here, we still prefer this location to the Manhattan one when we know exactly what we want. The crowds are much easier to navigate.
This more with the customers and floor play. I was sent across the store multiple times in the crowds aching/dizzy illness. I was in pain. I'm an organ donor and I'm wondering why the sudden silence.
How do they only have 1 person that works in Mobile signing people up for contracts that take 30 minutes or more to get through? Best Buy has gone down the hole.
Horrible customer service! The Geek Squad is horrible and slow! The managers allow for mediocrity and treat the customers as though they are stupid and incompetent!
Terrible customer service every single time. The customer service section is actually the worst at providing customer service. I can't believe they still have jobs.
