Mai TiangcoJuly 19, 2014Expensive hotel but very bad service. Had to change rooms and new one wasn't clean. Kettle had tea and tea leaves in it when we wanted to use it, disgusting. Mold spots in the bathroom. Unbelievable.
Very nice view and comfortable for a short getaway BUT service is really bad.
Check in at 3pm sharp, dont ask for late check out. Think of the others if you wan people to think about you. :)

Jian An CaiOctober 3, 2014Worst hotel management I ever encountered that ruined my staycation. No water, then no hot water, then electricity cut off, no kettle, no hair dryer, faulty coffee machine, faulty fridge, etc! Booo...
watch out for the peacocks roaming about if u drive... one of these days ...ayam penyet.

iDiva 🌹April 6, 2012Waited ONE HOUR for the room to be ready. Was sent up for complementary drinks but it never came. Crappy service!
