Awesome staff. Even the mean people here are helpful! Love this post office... It's the only one in all of NYC that aren't full of incompetent selfish jackasses. Be patient, your package will be safe.
Well staffed and courteous. Supervisors are solution-oriented and patient. High volume, but they make it work.

Lines early in the morning are short,staff is helpful and polite also self service desks and passport applications are processed here.
Don't use the Flat Rate boxes and envelopes for international shipping - $47 Flat Rate fee!! Bring your on clear tape and instead buy a Ready To Post box for $1.19 and pay per ounce - much cheaper!!
Staff is generally nice and helpful, but one if the security guards is a nasty jerk with too much free time on his hands
Much cleaner since COVID. I wish packages were delivered faster, but understandable.

Quite possibly one of the worst post offices. 24 counters and only 2 people behind them. How do all these packages and pieces of mail ever make it to where they are supposed to go?- Lines are long but the guy helping the line go fast is great!
