Lots of equipment, but it’s in a bad state of repair. You always have to hunt for barbell clips (because there are only 2 or 3 pairs) and the 5 and 2.5 lb plates.- Monday night TBC, Cardio Kickboxing on Tuesday (check the new schedule) and Friday Circuit Training will melt the lbs right off you!

Scott GaertnerJanuary 20, 2010Out of every NYSC I've been to, this location has the worst smelling men's locker room. By far. It's unbearable. It smells like someone's feet were cut off and are hidden in a locker. Avoid it.
