They have the best prices & quality in ATL and specialize in MANY different styles of tattooing.. 7 tattoo artists all amazing talents- Charity is so talented. Please see here for an original tattoo. Staff is nice and very personable. Getting a tattoo at COI is a must if you live in Atlanta.
The most humble artist you would probably ever meet with a great environment for you to just chill and let your mind be free and indulging yourself within the artwork!!
