Scottie MilagroNovember 17, 2014Long long wait for the airport shuttle. Take the Fox shuttle that comes more frequently & drops off next door. Only two options available for a compact and my car was dirty & smelled like body odor.

Al MOctober 4, 2017waited for an hour for the car in the parking lot under the sun. When they finally sent a compact out for the people in front of me in the line, the car had a nail in the tire. They did this TWICE

ReShon AndersonOctober 20, 2011This will be my last time renting Thrifty...especially this location. It is filthy/disgusting in the waiting area and they will charge u for gas even w/ a full tank if u don't have a receipt!
Be prepared for a long wait for the shuttle. Sign up for Blue Chip beforehand or be prepared to wait for 2 hours before they get to you.

They check your credit score and if you don't have a certain score you won't be able to rent. Go to National they don't do credit checks and give free upgrades.
