It's the only Apple Store in Surrey, and the Genius Bar is predictably busy. Booking ahead is tough, but walk-ins are possible if you're happy to wait.
Don't forget, you can buy ANY accessory using the Apple Store app on your phone. Handy when it's really busy.
Check out all the goodies. The place to go, of course, for GENUINE Apple accessories.- Remember to turn on wifi whilst using the Apple Store app to use EasyPay on accessory purchases and check-in at the Genius Bar.
- Great staff. Gets very busy at weekends and afternoons. Also only has a limited range of accessories.

Have a play, talk to the guys who work here. Avoid weekends if you can though as it does get busy
Make an appointment online of you're having problems with your iPhone/pad/mac. They're not very accommodating if you just turn up!
