Terminal 5 is totally redone and all to the better! Several shops, bars and duty free sellers past security. Even security is better, nicer and swifter. Love this great improvement! Looks nice too.
Food situation is improving. Tortas Fontera looked good. I tried Tocco (Italian) that recently opened. It was pretty good. It also appears that there are 2 or 3 other places that should open soon.
Have a safe trip, arrive early to airport, hold your passport, look after your luggage, listen to airportstaff for instructions, cooperate with others to travel easily. Enjoy your trip! مع السلامة..
This is hell for vegans. The only halfway substantial meal you can get is a mini $10 veggie wrap without flavor. I wish there was an Asian vendor which sells vegetable fry or noodle soup.
Brand new terminal as of April 4 2014 - it's great! Lots of good food choices and quite modern. It's about time we got a world-class international terminal.
The thought of going to O’Hare is about on par with a colonoscopy and is the world benchmark for how to be so rude to customers that you drive them insane.
Security was slow. There is food, drinks and duty free on the other side now, but I didn't have time to try it. There's also a Hudson News and there's some sort of wifi, but again, no time to use it.
Don't plan on eating/grabbing a beer here...there are NO restaurants. Just booths w/ soft drinks and snacks. Watch for the little rows of black chairs w/power ports...they are few & aren't marked.
lnternational terminal, with mainly EU flights. Far away from the other terminals. Food options are limited. Security line is always long. Give extra time when you travel through this terminal.
Flying at night, be prepared, eat before security. 10:30pm: 5 flights waiting to leave and only 1 expensive place serving hot food. It seems airport administration doesn't think us worthy.
All Nippon Airways (ANA) does not operate here anymore, they had moved to Terminal 1. If you are dropped off here, take an escalator then the airport free train.
If you ever pass from here never forget ben's M tip. "eat and shop before pass the control".Allso try to avoid delta airlines otherwise you get at least 2 hours of delay as reward
O'Hare International Airport is located 18 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. It's core mission is to provide outstanding service and amenities to customers.
