It's a great place to get your workout on. Clean, well kept and the other patrons and courteous and respectful. It's definitely better than the other signature on Richmond.- During weekdays (except Friday), you may not even be able to get a parking spot at 6pm. Go before 5:15 or after 7:30
This gym is very clean and has a good variety of weights and machines. It also has a pool, basketball and racket ball courts. Not luxurious, but OK.
Validated parking is good for 2.5 hours from the time on your ticket 🎫
Roshni SambasivanDecember 4, 2017Save yourself the time & money and DO NOT sign up for personal training. It's a horrible game preying on the vulnerable. Could not have been more disappointed, please don't fall into this awful trap!
The 3 level design is a little awkward with locker rooms being located in the basement.
If it suits your schedule, the best time to go is around 8 PM. The gym is all yours.
Gary DeyterFebruary 16, 2017A lot of broken equipment. TVs on cardio machines usually do not work. They have 5 stair machines and at least 1 of them is always broken. Some rude staff members. Dirty towels on locker room floors.- After your "free" fitness assessment, prepare to be sold HARD on 6 months of personal training 🙄
- Caution: hot water heaters are broken till November 10th. You can thank me later
- Saturday is a quiet day. All the equipments are yours to use.
- Avoid coming between 5p and 7p during the week!! Way too many bodies.
Why this place always smells like worn tennis shoes? The sales people are rude...
