Visiting Mexico City won't be complete without going to one of its largest and most important squares. Here you'll find the City Hall and the Metropolitan Cathedral, home to amazing Hispanic art.

The Zócalo itself is impressive but the atmosphere is a circus and is not in anyway a depiction of Mexican life. Locals told me later that walking through it once is all you ever need to do. Move on.
