- Papaa Spio-GarbrahOctober 1, 2010It's an awesome place, lots of weights, lots of other exercise equipment and very affordable. They also have the friendliest staff you could find in a gym. Say hi to Antonio - he's usually there.

- If you arent lifting extremely heavy you DO NOT need a back belt. Do your reach folks!
- Be mindful of the floors. The rubber mats are lifting up and causing tripping

- Everyone does chest and biceps on Monday. Switch your routine up, and you can work around the crowd and have a good workout.
- lifting light weight does not get you "cut up", and lifting heavy does not get you "big"
