Amaaaaazingly slow: bring a book or equivalent to pass the time. Bonus tip: please don't b*tch to everyone else in line about how slow it is. We can all see that- no point in adding to the negativity!
The women r slower than molasses, ruder than Simon Cowell, lazier than a fat cat. Go there if u like ghetto service or walk up to 112st where they give u professional service w/ a smile.
Just show up early and they have like 5-6 workers and no line... Come on people this NYC you goes always want everything done fast well so does everyone else.. Stop complaining and get there early!!!!
I know USPS don't have the best reputation, but this is the WORSE post office that i been. People are so rude. But thank you now i will use UPS or FEDEX no more USPS. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER
The lady who served me was clearly racist in the way she treated me (I'm asian). She even refused to sell me the cheaper options even though I know they are valid!
The door to the post office was open but the clerk said they don’t start working until 9am smh why is the door open at 8am for people to come in but they can’t get service until an hour later?
This place is a joke. Ive been to many USPS in the city and none are as bad as this one. They are rude and always yelling, customers are always upset. Too bad we can't help who our post office is :(
The customer is always wrong here. They actually have a book for customers showing how to properly send mail. I'd love to see FedEx try something like that.
Avoid tho location at all cost. everyone is in the worst mood when there to deal w rude and dismissive postal workers Except the guy who looks like Santa, he is the bomb.
Customers are really pissed off here. And as one guy was saying to another person on the long line, it's an undirected anger. You don't want to be here!
check it out, haters: all post offices have stupidly long lines and pissed off underpaid staff. this one's no different. this PO is large and has the APCs and all that good stuff.
Everyone who works here needs an attitude adjustment...there are tons of unemployed people that would happily take over. Learn the meaning of respect, you are not superior to your patrons. Fuck you.
This is the worst post office in the country. Don't use it unless you absolutely have to. The people are rude, the service is glacially slow, and they lose things. Use FedEx or UPS.
USPS is billions in debt. The govt is threatening to close branches, eliminate Saturday service and fire workers. Wouldn't you think they'd bend over backwards to make people happy? Not!
