I love Cuban Cuisine and Sophies has the best food. Today I got my usual Pernil with rice, black beans, and sweet plantains. Also, had to get the Salsa Verde which green sauce, spicy but delicious.

It's all about dousing your food with the jalapeño sauce. It's the best and they sell bottles of it too. Enjoy.
