I have no issues. It has never taken more than a week for maintenance. If they don't come within a few days, go to the office, they will hook you up
Bird BrainJune 30, 2014Walking up to the third floor where we live, bags of groceries in hand. It's da bomb!
My stairs are too squeaky!!! Time to reinforce them with some lumber that isn't 30+ years old!!! Other than that, it's pretty chill.
Descent place to live for the price but don't expect any repairs to be done quick. Asked to fix my microwave, it only took 6 months!!!
Just started towing in the fire lane. So get here early if you want to park anywhere near where you are going.

Horrible maintenance, dicey neighborhood at night, leaks, clogs... What a year!
