Friendly employees. A great place to stay. If you sit through the sales presentation the "1 1/2 hours, no pressure sales" you should schedule 4 hours, and think car dealership pitches at the table.

We love it here! We have stayed in both building 10 and 4...lovely rooms with great views. The staff is wonderful!! We celebrated our engagement here and the front desk sent a gift basket to our room!

If you miss out on a chair in the main pool be sure to try the other pool behind the activity center.
Timeshare pitch is pushy and painful. Resort is great, bar staff and waiters could be better. Kids staff was great.

The staff, the service and the amenities are the best! We never have a bad time staying here!
When using the Club House for exercise, allow some time to use the Steam Room. You'll enjoy it.

Renee Rodgers-FrankSeptember 16, 2017Trashy dirty guests leave garbage everywhere...you can tell who's getting the free weekend for the tour and who the owners are. It's bad.. The tour people should not have access to owner areas.
Get the activity armbands for the kids. They have so much going on and it pays in the first few days.- Building ten is the newest and best view if overlooking pool.
