Really good deal for a gym! Equipment is all new, classes include spinning, yoga, Zumba, & if you go during non-peak hours it's quite easy to get a machine. Peak hrs are harder but not impossible.
They need to improve the ventilation in the cardio room but for the price it's a great gym with all the essentials, free classes are a big plus
Don't go right after work during peak hours 6-7:30 or so. You'll have to wait for cardio machines and it will be slow working in on the weights. Any other time it's fine for a solid workout.

Go before 6pm and you will get a treadmill. Go before 8am, and you will get any machine in the weight room- Great price and great service. Try to go during "off times" to avoid lines for cardio machines (friday around 6 is dead!)
If you're looking to get into fast shape then definitely take the Tuesday 12:30 sculpting class. It's a "get it in and get it done" kinda class and very effective for fat burning.- Great gym. Super cheap, good equipment, lines for cardio arent too bad. It's 15 mins from my house and still prefer it over closer ones
There are two large studios available to use when classes aren't in session. Great for abs, yoga, stretching, etc.- Absolutely the best deal in Manhattan... $20 a month for a roomy, clean and modern gym with a friendly staff.
If you want a post-workout drink, you can't go wrong with the Skinny Elvis: vanilla protein powder, bananas, and peanut butter.- Best deal in Manhattan, $19.99 a month for a clean, spacious gym. Shawn is a rad trainer!
Seriously the best showers!! HOT water & hard water pressure- a great massage after a workout! ;)

Try Tuesday night's spin class with instructor Michael. Great music. Fun, challenging workout.
Thursday Bokwa with Jamie is what gets me through the week... Amazing!
