Reclining seats... and can reserve your seat at time of purchase of ticket (whether online or at theater). Very comfortable.

Picking your seats when you but tickets in advance no stress about getting there early to get a good seat. Concession lines are too long and take forever
Tito C.June 22, 2011Concessions are painfully slow. Workers don't seem to care that there are 50 people in line, they aren't going to make an effort to work faster. It's just part of the experience at this theater.
Get your tickets online on your smartphone and beat the huge lines on Friday & Saturday nights. Scan right in!
The IMAX theater is expensive, but worth it. Be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes early for new releases because the seats go fast!
Stephanie B.December 18, 2011It's FREEZING in there. I sat with gloves and a coat on the entire movie. So did my boyfriend. We were unsatisfied with the heat...or lack thereof.
Lines are ridiculously slow for concessions. Make sure you get your popcorn and drinks well before the show starts.
Theatre is much better now seats are comfortable and they seemed to stop the full body searches.

Most of the time the crowd talks during the movie. The IMAX screen always has black dots showing up In and Out during the film and it sounds choppy.
- Still reasonably comfortable seats, love that you can raise the arms.
- Don't bring anything illegal or outside foods. They check your bags & make you dump out any goodies you may be trying to sneak in!

Use the machines (on right when you enter) to buy tickets if you have a credit card. It's much faster and you don't have to wait on that stupid line.

Don't listen to Ashley S. That's what just gives the popcorn its delicious flavor. Yum!- Leave A LOT of time for the lines. I could have secured a car loan in the time it took to get a bag of popcorn.

Concession stand is the slowest of all places in the state!!!
Concession lines are ALWAYS slow. They are renovating, hopefully it makes things more efficient. The theater is seemly getting more "ghetto" but you can still catch a matinee without to much noise smh

WenApril 3, 2016Worst movie theater ever!!! Disgusting bathrooms! Think of a public bathroom in the middle of 42nd street, worse than that! The movie stopped in the middle and it took a bit for them to get it back..
The most disgusting, rudest, disrespectful service from the food servers ever experienced!Waited 40 minutes for a hot dog then to be yelled at by an ignorant server who said I didn't listen correctly!
Nice theater, but bring your own snacks or prepare to wait long. Absolutely slow service at the concession stand. Worst I've seen.
