Crystal ZhengMay 9, 2013The spa is in the basement of the Gansevoort Meatpacking. It's tiny but has two cute jacuzzis. It has sauna but the whole place feel hot like sauna itself. Though the staffs are nice.
Best body shaping class! At core fusion barre, you'll work every muscle individually and leave feeling completely exhausted...but proud and happy. And the teachers are generally great!

Do Paige's class! You will die but she will make you feel good and energetic about it.
P. Y. M.March 17, 2012Not recommended as your primary gym unless you just want cardio machines. The Core Fusion classes are challenging but very rewarding. $40 for a one-week trial is worth it.

The crowd at the Core Fusion classes is everything you hate, but it just hurts so good.
