Lou MonMarch 11, 2016Monarch is wonderful. I hadn't been before the overhaul, but the tapas, wine, and interior now are superb, service is warm and attentive, and the prices are fair. A great choice for tapas and wine.

Jana A. KriFebruary 25, 2017So disappointing! After the renovation, they doubled the prices and reduced the sizes of portions. Wine is still great,but so strongly overpriced. Tapas are literally too small to even be noticed.
