Best hotel in River North period. Location, rooms, service. Literally a block away from Nordstrom, Joe's Steaks and easy walk to all the hip joints on Kinzie. Plus the 17th floor pool and view.

Let them know what interests you. I told them Architecture and the gave me a room with great views and two superb books on Chicago Architecture

Great views, friendly service, delicious room service. If you’re staying for a few days hit up the Jewel two blocks away for food and water.
Darius WrightApril 23, 2014If you call the internet support listed on the phone they will open up their network and allow you to use your Apple TV. You just have to give them your device's MAC address. Netflix in the room.
Rooftop patio is lovely. Large rooms. Great staff. This place is great.

Amazing hotel but... Right by the fire station so ask for ear plugs. Aside from that, incredible overall experience.

Sable Bar & Kitchen located off the lobby serves incredible cocktails. Attentive service and great vibe.

Best staff and service I've had ANYWHERE!! Dogs love it here too!!
Ask for a room on the top floors and away from the loud noise of State street. Views aren't as good but you'll sleep better.- Complimentary coffee, both hot and iced, in the lobby each morning.

Good coffee to help you start your day. They also offer iced coffee.
Try the burgers on the in room dining menu! They are great!
