- To properly dim sum, add a little spice with this fried chili pepper hot sauce and mix it up with a dash of soy. Great for the shrimp and pork dumplings.
- Love dim sum. This place is busy and with good reason on the weekend so go early bc parking can get crazy.

- Try the Hóng Dòu Bǐng (红豆饼, red bean pancakes) - #tasty #awesome nice and hot dessert! Really hit the spot
- Try the jumbo shrimp cookedi in hot sea salts in front of your table. Dont forget cold dry sake with it
- Good sticky rice. However, if you prefer the law mai gai sticky rice with the leaves, you need to order it by request.
- Very good rice porridge. Has the right amount of shredded pork and eggs. Not over the top flavoring.

- More traditional Chinese rather than Vietnamese influenced dim sum dishes than Ocean Palace.
- Most delicious dungeoness black pepper crab. Market priced so $$$
- Core Chinese dim sum dishes are done right. The specialty dishes are hit and miss.
