- Headed to the Upper East Side? Take the C train uptown to 59th Columbus Circle. Take the southmost exit at 58th Street. M31 bus stop on 57th between 8th and 7th goes all the way up to 92nd via York!
- Downtown train to 34th Street station? Headed to NJ Transit? Take the exit toward the front of the train. That passes all the people crowding, LIRR ppl, and puts you at the main Amtrak/NJT area
- Listen carefully for track announcements or else you may end up in a dash to the local side to catch the A train!
- MarlonApril 18, 2011Really hard to tell when the A starts running local. There doesn't seem to be a set time. Stand at a strategic spot of the platform in case the A decides to be express after 10:30 or vice versa.
- Three exits so you can exit to 33rd, 34th or 35th Streets - very helpful!
- You can get cellular service going uptown standing in the corner by the turnstiles behind the information booth.

- Freak show. Don't give anyone anything. Fit areal good time, step inside that circus they call Penn Station
- Exits at 33rd, 34th, and 35th Sts. - but only the 33rd and 34th St exits will get you directly into Penn Station.
