- Rob PegoraroMarch 8, 2016They don't take handwritten applications. If you bring one, they'll invite you to do a new app on a PC upstairs for $10, but you can print the same PDF at the Georgetown library (Wisc. & R) for < $1.
- Lenny TehJanuary 23, 2019Lines are relatively quick but still advisable to come early. Also make sure to meet all the requirements for applying for visa (see picture).
- Definitely go at 2:30 for pick-up, by 2:00 for drop-off, have copies if everything and you'll be good!

- Number system isn't working yet so you have to stand in line... Hvac isn't too strong so I'd dress lightly and bring water, snacks, etc
- Went on Christmas Eve, small lines, no tickets, was in and out in 25 min. But for such expensive visas, they should at least photocopy for us for free...
- Liz FinneganMay 20, 2010Get here early! The average wait time is over an hour. They close VERY promptly at 12:30pm and 3:00pm. Being even a minute late won't get you in! That being said, they are professional and polite.
- If you're dropping off your visa application, be sure you're prepared for a long wait.

- AllisonMarch 11, 2011Get here after 3pm to pick up documents to avoid the lines. They only take visa and mastercard for payments
- You can start lining up or get a number before they open at 9 am
