- Dan GutiSeptember 18, 2015$8 buy online or at kiosk. Coming from Metro lines you go upstairs to the bus area. You then walk all the way to the end to bus bay #1
- Weishan WangAugust 29, 2012Take this instead of driving! You will avoid a lot of traffic as well! Super cheap! 7 dollars one way. Totally worth it! They have one every half hour which makes it even more convenient!
- Don't buy round trip tickets - they're easy to lose and a waste of $7 if you do. Instead, buy online so you don't have to wait in line here and have your ticket ready in your email/phone.
- TrishApril 15, 2014Buy round trip tickets online before your trip to avoid waiting in line to pay for upon return to Union Station. All you need to do is show the printed receipt, grab your bag and go home!
- Jeffrey-Ryan B.October 21, 2013To/From LAX from Union Station it costs $7.00 per persons age 5 and up each direction. Tickets can be booked online and showed via mobile, also they do not accept cash so you MUST use credit/debit xx
- Jeffrey-Ryan B.October 21, 2013Best way to get to LAX versus driving or taking a taxi, it doesn't cost too much and it is a fast way to get to LAX as you can get to Union Station from anywhere in Southern California! I recommend xx
- Schlomo RabinowitzJuly 2, 2012BEST DEAL AT LAX: $7 one way, quiet and clean. Then just can the rest of the way if needed. Still cheaper than airporter usually. Oh! And
- Cherith ZanghiJune 30, 2019One-way fare is now $9.75 and cash is not accepted. You can use your TAP card to pay, as well. It will only work, however, if you have at least $9.75 preloaded on your TAP card.
- Carshénah Jefferson SiegenthalerMay 27, 2013You CAN buy a ticket with cash downstairs at the Metrolink Ticket Booth just before you walk up to the platform. Credit/Debit with the the FlyAway booth person or do it yourself with cash.
- Luis MendozaSeptember 21, 2013Always buy a $14 round-trip ticket even if you don't need it. Next time you're traveling and in a hurry you'll have it ready to go in your wallet.
- Niki WingJune 20, 2013Super easy! Cheap! Clean! Friendly staff! Plan an hour to get from Union Station to Terminal 5 -that's without traffic.
- The drivers are the BEST! I've been riding this Park n Fly for years an always have friendly and funny drivers! Good ones too!
- Carl BlackNovember 11, 2013Both the arriving and departing busses say Union Station on the front and side. The departing one parks on the west side. If you look for one labeled LAX (which would make sense), you won't find it.
- Erwin OngJanuary 3, 2014CASH OPTION: If you need to use cash, run down to the automated Metrolink ticket machines (which take cash/cc) just inside Union Station. Choose the ticket for Union Station to LAX (via Flyaway).
- RolandJune 13, 2013Buy your return ticket when you arrive, too. That way you don't have to haul all of your luggage with you when returning to LAX.
- alissa nevitaJune 29, 2013Time appropriately. If you're going during peak hours, it can take about an hour to get to LAX.
- ErickaMarch 7, 2014Now $8. No cash. Still the best and least expensive way to get in and out of LAX in a 30/45 minute time period.
- They all for your airline at boarding to know which terminal to drop you off at. Please don't hold up the line and give your life story.
- You can buy tickets ahead of time online but only for this or Van Nuys route. Beats the line at the kiosk
- Becky CostelloApril 26, 2012Very good way to save your friends & family the hassle of "Airport. Dropoff"~Nice Bus & great service!!
- Miss KuboJuly 2, 2012Sometimes the bus you take does not say FlyAway on it. We were waiting for 10 min before someone came up and asked us if we were going to LAX. Ticket counter was on the opposite side of Patsaouras
- Prescott Perez-FoxOctober 8, 2011The signage and navigation is poor. Just keep going until you see a coach and people waiting. Buy tickets at the glass booth. They no longer accept cash.
- Jason MApril 26, 2012Convenient. Taking an early trip to LAX so there weren't many people. Incredibly unorganized however. Didn't really know what I was doing but it definitely did the job. Credit/debit only
- Credit or Debit at the ticket kiosk. Cash using the Metrolink ticket machines downstairs.
- Rechele BMay 7, 2013They take credit card only. There was only one person taking payments. The line moved smoothly.
- Credit or debit at the kiosk. Pay with cash using the Metrolink ticket machines downstairs.
- W XMarch 5, 2014Upstairs fly away ticket window person was useless - if you're heading to LAX you will have better luck with the machine downstairs and waiting at Bay 1
- Officially, there's a 2-minute cutoff before the bus leaves where they won't sell a ticket, but double that to be safe. Be here by :25 or :55 to minimize waiting.
- Nathan MastersSeptember 3, 2013Buy your ticket online. There's no need to print if you have a smartphone.
- William GuiceOctober 1, 2010Hard to beat. $7. Clean. Great service. Get there a few minutes before :00 or :30 on the hours or you'll be waiting for a bit.
- Greg WrightMay 15, 2013Flyaway is great but the guys in the ticket booth and the baggage handler seem to have had labotomies ... And surly as shit:(
- Jake GoldmanJanuary 1, 2013Buy your ticket online and avoid the long line at the credit card only kiosk.

- Jason RedmondMarch 13, 2012Spare your friends and family a non-carpool lane drive back from LAX and take the Flyaway!
- since being under new management the service has gone downhill. call before you come do you dont have to wait an hour because either someone didnt show up or another bus broke down.
- TANKSeptember 9, 2013Paid my $7 online...printed ticket...walked right aboard and sat down.....easy peazie! ;-)
- Nick MillerMarch 11, 2011For only a couple extra bucks than public transit, I'll take the direct route to my terminal with nice knowledgeable people on staff...
- jo chinOctober 4, 2012Ticket window closes 2 min before departure and reopens after the bus pulls away... No running after the bus here!
