They have an expediter at the drinks counter to move things along. Your best bet is to put in an online or mobile order. They'll work on your drink rather than you having to wait in line.

Love this location . It may look disorganized but service is consistently fast, correct and pleasant. Great view of the fountain with kids. Very happy.

It’s a busy place, but located beautifully. The inside is tiny, but you can sit outside in the park. There is also WiFi provided by the Los Angeles county.

Busy and slow-but if you order something simple (like a droppio or a cup of coffee) they make it straightaway so you don't have to wait.

Service can be slow during the weekends. Online ordering can help you jump the line when it is really crowded.

The new building is now open. In case U didn't know. The new structure is just right next to the old one, but this one is a bigger place.

Due to construction: I accessed thru the Hall of Administration - elevator to basement, thru parking garage to 2nd escalator & up 2 flights, then thru construction maze. Some signs point the way.
