When an elevator is empty and it is planning on heading down-if you need to go up- get in anyway- just hold the button of the floor you want until the light turns solid & beeps. 80% success rate!

The 16th floor is the crossover floor. You can get access to both elevator banks. And pick up a Starbucks there while you switch over, too.

You better get to the building at least 10 before 9am.... Unless you like to have shoving matches in the elevator waiting area!
