Good place to try if you want some authentic Japanese food that’s other than Sushi and soups. As drawbacks, it only has 8 chairs and preparation takes about 20 minutes, but is worthy it. Cash only!!!

Great onigiri. The sashimi assortment was delicious and with an extra EUR 5,00 fee you can add one of the best scallops sashimi I've eaten. Really small place.

Small Japanese hole in the wall. Doesn't really look like much from the outside but the food is incredibly good and the family who runs the place is super nice!

Run by a friendly Japanese family so you can't go wrong when it comes to authenticity. Loved the onigiri and the curry rice was quite special. Would love to try the okonomiyaki and takoyaki next time!

Authentic Japanese cuisine. Very tiny, family-run place with the kitchen right in the dining area. You cannot make reservations, but they offer take-away. During the summer, you can also sit outside.

You should really try Udon soups. Very small place which is only for 8 person but really worth to wait. Also prices are fair.

Possibly the only place in Vienna that has takoyaki. Couldn't find the okonomiyaki on the menu though.
