- Danielle is one of the best Crossfit coaches I have ever met. She's supportive and encouraging, and she's very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

- Make sure you arrive early for the evening yoga classes, tend to be quite packed!
- Definitely try spin with Stacy or Zumba with Margo or Dion.
- By 7pm most of the post-work crowd is on it's way out and you'll have an easier time finding available equipment.
- Watch out for days when their washer and dryer break
