One of the most unique dives you will find anywhere in the U.S. The crab Rangoon is their most popular for good reason, but the Egg Rolls are the real treat. Best egg rolls I've ever eaten in my life

The Chinese Cheesesticks are insanely good. Pro tip: ask for them with the sesame ginger salad dressing; it is perfect and works better than the tomato sauce the dish comes with.

The Egg roll Moz sticks are amazing. The place may appear slightly dirty at first but the fun atmosphere, ridiculously unique drinks and fantastic food makes up for it 10 fold.

If you're visiting Des Moines, you are required by law to visit Fong's and try the crab rangoon pizza. It's a great place to carb up before martinis at The Lift or a show at the Mews.

Crabragoon pizza and the loaded bake potato pizza is the best. They also have gluten free! It takes awhile to have your drink refilled so plan on spending sometime there. They definitely arent speedy

Everything is delicious. After 10pm slices are a fantastic deal. The crab ragoons look like egg rolls & are amazing. Specialty drinks are tasty & everyone needs to take at least one kamikazee :)

Call ahead on nights they're going to be busy! It's a small place. If you're over 21, check out their awesome mixed drinks in fun cups! Both their drinks and their crab Rangoon pizza were delicious!

Went there when it was crazy busy (every night) and the Crab Rangoon pizza was good, but not as good as everyone hyped it up to be. The atmosphere and the eccentrics made up for it though. We had fun.

I got the Crab Rangoon Pizza! So good! Also the Mozzarella Stick egg rolls! They were ridiculously amazing. I was equally blown away by the salad.

I enjoy the crab rangoon pizza on hand tossed wheat. Thin crust is the house recommendation but hand tossed crust fills you up faster!

Great staff, beer selection, tiki drinks and atmosphere. As everybody else says, get the crab rangoon. We ordered two other pizzas and they were just okay.

If you only ever have one meal in Des Moines, make it the Crab Rangoon Pizza at Fong's. It's not the finest meal in town, but it's the one you can't get anywhere else in the world.

Crab Rangoon pizza! Order to go, the old building as an odd smell of cat litter. But the pizza is phenomenal!
