- Md WongJune 10, 2015This is one of the better lounges in the states except for maybe the centurion lounges. They have food, drinks, and decent wifi. I think that it was updated recently and probably helps a lot.
- Toby SearlMarch 5, 2015A much nicer lounge when not so crowded... Showers are decent and they have a pretty good breakfast spread. By far way better than killing time in this shithouse terminal 2. Lift your game LAX
- NathanJanuary 10, 2016People may complain about the sub par food selection, but the above average alcohol selection more than makes up for it.
- Slavens and AssociatesMarch 11, 2013This place needs an upgrade. Big Time. The staff is really nice though. When you get to Toronto, give us a call. We'll find you a home!!!
- Marky GeeMay 17, 2012Its a little small, but the beer is cold, the wifi is good, the power outlets plentiful and the chairs are more comfy then the ones at the gate.
- Christian BOctober 21, 2013Apparently it's been a while since the cleaning staff have vacuumed between the cushion and arm on some of these chairs. BLEH!
- Paul HawesFebruary 18, 2013The sparkling wine isn't bad. And the lounge serves Canadian beer. Thanks @aircanada.
- Fraser MacDonaldMay 30, 2014Woefully slow wifi (0.4mbps according to speedtest.net) but good buffet and bar. Accepts Priority Pass.
- Ben SkeltonOctober 10, 2011If you are Star Alliance Gold (Elite or Super Elite) you can use the Air NZ lounge next door when it is open. Way better food and wine :)
- abdullatif alomarSeptember 9, 2016if you want a heavy meal , eat outside , they had soup and some chips only
- Shane HarveyNovember 29, 2012If your here and it's after 1pm get up an got to the Air New Zealand lounge next door. It's that simple
- Michael YueMay 20, 2013Go next door to the Air New Zealand lounge. Way better food and wine/beer selection.
- E PNovember 24, 2013Very small and crowded. If you can get to a diff lounge I suggest that. Friendly staff. Bathrooms are outside the lounge.
- Fraser MacDonaldApril 5, 2015Now has some sort of change of ownership so still waiting for their new liquor license! :-(
- Christopher MichaelOctober 13, 2014Unimpressed. Food is subpar, bathrooms are downstairs, small space, and the beer & wine selection isn't up to premier status. Fair better airport lounges than this dump. #fail
- Atzimba CntrsMay 17, 2017There was a dead mouse. The girl at reception is not made to work in customer service.
- Shashank NigamSeptember 3, 2011Paltry breakfast, no restrooms or showers. Rather sit at Starbucks below and people watch!
- Shariff KassemFebruary 24, 2014To crowded and not so good food, if you have priority pass access go to the air France lounge just across the hall.
- Scott ArchambaultApril 17, 2014Not so great. You are better off at Nate & Al's. Air China needs a proper lounge
- Ross BirchallDecember 10, 2012I'm really not a picky guy but considering... This is straight up unacceptable.
- Mike AuYeungAugust 28, 2014This is literally the worst *G lounge. Go next door if you've the status.
- TarzanMarch 14, 2017Muy buen Lounge! Aceptan a pasajeros clase Premier de Aeroméxico y a tarjetas Travel Pass.
- Belinda LorenzanaAugust 6, 2016Buen lounge. Cómodo, hay duchas. Hay sopas y ensaladas pero le faltan sandwichitos.
