- Mary NgJune 17, 2015Milanese cottolette (veal) is the best, can't leave without having this. Bombana is famous for his risotto, ruffle, pasta- everything as he picks best & fresh ingredients. 8 1/2 Macau just opened!
- Kyla LamJanuary 14, 2015Pasta was tad bit too hard; the confit "taiyouren" organic egg was so good; the beef cheek melted in my mouth; impressed by the dessert. order the house red wine! Great lunch and great company
- Nicole TsuiNovember 17, 2014Tried the tasting menu but the taste of dishes didn't have a wow factor.. Amazing steak sirloin though! Crispy on the outer. Cooked just right. The sauce won't takeover the fresh juicy taste of steak.
- KatrinaSeptember 17, 2014One of the best Italian restaurants. 1st came when they just opened. Friendly staff. I even got a tour of their amazing kitchen. Best seafood pasta I ever had in HK. Must try, if u can get a table!
- Eugenia MarettApril 14, 2015The truffle pasta is superb with a very generous serving of truffle. Sit at the bar for a more casual meal. Love their veal Milanese. They also make excellent cocktails!
- Ross WSJanuary 2, 2018Pick from the restaurant's 2,000-bottle cellar. Customers can also opt for classic Martinis and Negronis, which are popular during the Milan-style aperitivo period, when Italian snacks are served too
- JCMay 14, 2018Quality cooking but nothing mind-blowing. Fave was black truffle tagliolini. The truffle shavings started dissolving into the sauce, coating every al dente strand w light, but creamy blackish sauce
- Sergio GalzeranoOctober 18, 201810 stars if I had the option to do so. Service and food is exceptional. The negronj is sublime. The pear tart for dessert is a must have.
- Cher ChengJanuary 4, 2013Hard to book like u hv to wait at least 2-3 months in random dates. but very good food. Tired the lamb n risotto here. Best risotto here! Desserts are brilliant as i had lemon tart. Definitely come bk
- Mary NgOctober 13, 2014The BEST Italian restaurant in Asia, need to try cottolette Milanese, still mouth watering after having this over & over. Pasta with white truffle is out of this world!
- NungNing 🎀September 24, 2013Great Italian restaurants indeed. Must reserve tables in advance. Truffle with eggs, truffle spagetti, jamon, lemon tart, soufflé, chocolate are yummy indeed.
- Mary NgAugust 23, 2013Best Italian food in Asian! Try the famous cottoletta! Take one portion to share as it is quite a good size portion and save your appetite for dessert!
- Plutus ChuangDecember 21, 2014Price of night shift is decent!! Regardless of costs on white truffle :) Guess is a good place for couple ♥ We have pre-Christmas here !!!
- Ricardo MalufMarch 29, 2013Fantastic atmosphere in a fine italian cuisine restaurant. Food is amazing and staff is the best. Look for Maxime, the assistant manager, such a nice chap!
- Look out for their white truffle menu in the winter. Absolutely to die for. The trio chocolate desert is also a killer. Be prepared to make resv well in advance as it gets fully booked all the time.
- Greg KOctober 6, 2015Ignore the fact they it is expensive, hard to book and full with flashy douchebags. Just enjoy the really good food. Not as good during lunch.
- FoodieWorldMay 3, 2013The only 3-Michelin starred Italian restaurant outside of Italy, they've picked up the Readers' Choice Must-try Michelin Star Award at the 2013 Foodie Forks!
- Helen LeeAugust 29, 2011Virgin Bloody Mary was the best I have ever had. Serious. Slices of black truffles over poached egg to die for. Braised cheeks excellent. Bathroom not great and atmosphere a bit stuffy...
- A.J. BrahmNovember 25, 2018Three Michelin Stars. The tasting menu is full of fun dessert twists. Truffle season is in November.
- SarahAugust 16, 2014Best Italian restaurant and is less pricey than hotel restaurants (probably because it's located inside a business building rather than a hotel)
- @JaumePrimeroSeptember 21, 2011great spot for a business lunch, and the pastas are all made in house! Bombana amazes his customers with creative italian dishes that are unique in Hong Kong.
- HongjaiMay 1, 2017Expensive but good food. Can't go wrong here. The meat dishes are my recommendations - the veal is delicious

- Vicky HwangJanuary 4, 2011Wonderful service. Am 6 months pregnant and as soon as I sat down, the waiter arrived with a cushion for my back. Have the lemon tart with blood orange sorbet... Divine!!

- Jin KlenkApril 20, 2012The best food in Hong Kong, seriously. Service is perfect. They even gave me a blanket before I ever tried to ask.
- Harriet CheungOctober 30, 20153 girls at the front but still could not do a decent job, no smiles at all. Courses was not served together as a table. Food was decent but I've had better so really dunno where the 3 stars come from.
- Christina ZauAugust 14, 2014Super generous with the truffle in their risotto. Better than the tagliolini, but pretty heavy.
- Try the Iberico Pork - Braised cheek and roast tenderloin. confit of apple and rosemary, marsala jus
- Maram AlEbrahimAugust 25, 2016although most of the food plates contain alcohol, and we dont eat anything with alcohol, food was nice
- Love the bone-in steak for two - always perfectly cooked - don't miss the bones!
