Louis VuittonOctober 4, 2011The service in this hotel is unbeatable and the dining a real treat. Make sure to wake up early for the breakfast buffet at the MELT café. You definitely will not be needing lunch!
Md WongDecember 29, 2014I really enjoyed this hotel. It was what we needed. The staff is amazing, the rooms are nice, and the pool area is fabulous. Poolside, they provide very small drinks periodically for free.
Ask the Front Office Agent nicely for a Room Upgrade. He/She might just give you a Bay View Room on a nice and slow day, just like I did. 😄

Lunch at MO Grill: Their main courses are nice.. Grilled salmon fillet was ok, beef was ok.. Love their Caesar Salad with smoked salmon, crab cake.. Yummy! Price is expensive of cause =) Recommended t
Boon YapDecember 26, 2010Floors 21-30 are the Club Floors, and avail you to butler service and the Club Room on the 24th floor. Get a corner 1-bedroom suite - still priced well. Decor needs a refresh soon, though. :-)

Great view. But I can hear evrything in both my left and rite neighboring rooms and upstairs. Asked for a rm change and they gave me a similar rm one level higher - not helping...

One of my Favorite Hotel.Great service.Been staying here for weeks and multiple times. Do checkout Wasabi Restaurant and try their Umi Special.
